Revenge of Uka

A Vampire Survivours-like game for GMTK game jam 2023. Controls W, A, S, D, and mouse to select upgrades. 

Please excuse the missing audio and lack of polish, 48 hours is not a lot of one-man show. 

Long ago in a tiny land, Uka, the regular Master of Darkness, unleashed an unspoken evil!

But a foolish samurai warrior wielding a regular sword stepped forth to oppose me.

Before the final blow was struck, Uka revealed his secret tactic!

Now the fool seeks to return to his past form, and undo the reality that is Uka!

(Fun fact: This game was the original inspiration for the animated series Samurai Jack but the creators of Samurai Jack tore open a portal in time and flung me into the future, where Samurai Jack is already a masterpiece. This might or might not be a lie. )
